I recently stayed at this hotel and found that while the location is simply spectacular, the service could be improved. The views of the bay were a highlight for sure, and the staff were friendly and tried their best despite some challenges. However, the rooms were quite warm without air conditioning, and the dining experience left something to be desired with cold food. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but there are areas that need attention.
